Omar brings in almost two decades of transformative experience across oil & gas, healthcare, retail, automotive, and manufacturing. Omar brings a wealth of expertise in digital transformation, technology enablement, and strategic innovation – driving organizational success through forward-thinking initiatives.Prior to Rezom, Omar played a pivotal role in leading strategic initiatives and program management for the national oil & gas company in Oman.There, he not only spearheaded strategic initiatives but also adeptly navigated complex programs and led cutting-edge technology projects, setting the standard for excellence within the organization.
Omar also served as a Technology Consultant at a top-tier management consulting firm in the United States, where he honed his ability to drive operational efficiency and foster innovation at every turn.
Omar’s academic credentials include a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and a master’s degree in Business Logistics Engineering from The Ohio State University, where he cultivated a deep understanding of the intersection between technology, engineering, and business strategy.
Beyond the boardroom, Omar’s relentless drive for excellence extends to his personal pursuits as an ultra-marathon runner.
