Omar is a senior executive with nearly two decades of transformative leadership across oil and gas, healthcare, retail, automotive, and manufacturing. He has led multi-million dollar client engagements and delivered enterprise-wide transformations by combining advanced technologies with disciplined process improvement. His expertise includes digital transformation, technology enablement, and strategic innovation, with a consistent focus on measurable impact, operational excellence, and sustained growth. Prior to Rezom, Omar held a pivotal leadership role overseeing strategic initiatives and complex program delivery for the national oil and gas company in Oman.
He managed high-stakes portfolios, led large-scale technology implementations, and delivered mission-critical transformation programs that set new standards for performance, efficiency, and innovation across the organization.
Omar also served as a Technology Consultant at a top-tier management consulting firm in the United States. In this role, he advised senior executives on improving operational efficiency, modernizing core systems, and embedding innovation into enterprise strategy.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and a Master’s degree in Business Logistics Engineering from The Ohio State University. His academic background reflects a strong foundation at the intersection of engineering, technology, and business strategy.
